Our Weapon Is Our Language (NANL) is a short animation in stop-motion technique, with dolls and decorations built entirely in cloth. Declared of cultural interest by the Council of Cultural Promotion of the GCBA. Participated in more than 160 Festivals around the world, obtaining more than 30 awards and mentions. Tian Cartier - Director/Scriptwriter/Animator
Born in Buenos Aires in 1981. Filmmaker graduated from ENERC (Escuela Nacional de Experimentación y Realización Cinematográfica), and Engineer graduated from ITBA (Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires). Winner of the INCAA (Instituto Nacional de Cine y Artes Audiovisuales) contest "Historias Breves VI" with his short film "La Última" (The Last One) (35 mm). His animated short film "Nuestra Arma es Nuestra Lengua" (Our Weapon is Our Tongue) participated in more than 160 international festivals and won over 35 prices, including a scholarship to study documentary filmmaking in EICTV in Cuba (Escuela Internacional de CIne y TV de San Antonio de los Baños). There he shot his documentary short film "Hasta el Dominó Siempre!" (Until Domino Always!), that participated in more tha 40 international festivals. He made several Tv/web series, such as "Un Año Sin Nosotros" (A Year Without Us), that won 7 international prices. He works in "Calma Cine", an independet production company founded with Martín Longo, and is currently working in his first feature film.

Combined Arts Graduate (UBA), self-didactic drawer, illustrator and animator. Independent producer and fundraiser. She has participated in diverse artistic and cultural projects and in 2011 she founded Felpa Producciones with her sister, María Sántolo.
